Bioware has now confirmed the existence of the previously rumored Rebellion DLC, which will set you back you the costly price of absolutely nothing. It will be available to download for Xbox 360 and PC on May 29 globally, but for PS3 users it will be available on May 29 in North America and May 30 in Europe.
This multiplayer pack comes with even more characters, each with their own unique abilities. These include the Vorcha Soldier, the Quarian Engineer, and the ex-Cerberus Vanguard.
Two new maps will also be released, Firebase Jade and Firebase Goddess.
A new slot will be available on the equipment screen, offering players a persistent gameplay bonus that will not expire after the end of a match.
You can also expect new weapons in the upcoming DLC, including the Cerberus Harrier, Krysae Sniper Rifle, and Reegar Carbine.
Although both maps will be available from launch, all weapons and classes will require you to unlock them via reinforcement packs.
